Registration information

How to make a booking:

Please print the registration form you can find here, complete it and post or fax it to us.

We can accept booking forms e-mailed to us, and provisional bookings may also be made by telephone (0970 460 4282), but we still request the a copy of the form to be sent to us by post or fax within 7 working days.
We are hoping to offer online booking facilities soon.

How to pay:

On receipt of the booking form a confirmation e-mail and invoice are sent to the administrative contact details provided.

Payment can be made by cheque or BACS, and must be received 5 working days prior to commencement of the course, or on booking, whichever is the latter. Cheques should be made payable to ‘Knowledge Generation’. If registering within three working days of the course date, we request that payment is made by BACS.

If you need to cancel:

If you need to cancel you can telephone or e-mail us in the first place, but cancellations must be confirmed immediately in writing (by post or fax).

Cancellation by the client will be subject to cancellation charges as follows:

• Up to 7 days prior to commencement of the course: no penalty

• Between 7 and 3 days prior to commencement of the course: £50

• Less than 3 days prior to commencement of the course: full cost of the course or alternatively the course booking can be transferred to a different course and to a different course participant within 2 months of the original course.

If we need to cancel:

LearnHousing reserves the right to cancel or alter the dates or provision of service. In the event of cancellation, we will normally transfer bookings to the next available course unless the client specifically requests otherwise. Where we cannot provide an alternative, payment received in respect of that course will be refunded in full.

If you want to change the booking:

If you want to change the name of a course participant, please call us and we will be happy to help you. Substitutions can be made at any time before the start of a course without incurring a penalty.

Pre-course information:

Before the start of a course or workshop, participants will receive a range of pre-course information as outlined at The LearnHousing Approach.

Course Terms & Conditions:

By registering for LearnHousing events and courses, you are deemed to have accepted the following terms and conditions:

1. LearnHousing is a project wholly owned and managed by Knowledge Generation (Proprietor: Dr Monika Strell). All invoices issued requesting payment for LearnHousing will be issued by ‘Knowledge Generation’.
2. Course material in electronic format is included in the course fees. Course literature is copyrighted and may not be reproduced without permission.
3. All information provided by LearnHousing is given in best faith and Knowledge Generation will not be held responsible for actions taken by the client, any other individual or organisation as a result of the information provided during the course.
4. LearnHousing will use the information you provide on your booking form, and additional information you may provide in the future, for administrating courses. We will not disclose this information to any other person or organisation, except in connection with the above purpose. All course participants are provided with a list of their co-participants' names and organisations, and during the course e-mail addresses will be disclosed, but no further details.
