Depending on your staff's working patterns and the existing training and learning culture, you may select to store and deliver new e-learning modules via your intranet, or deploy them on CD-roms, or you may even look into 'micro-learning' solutions for your mobile staff active outside the office, such as lesssons delivered via PDAs, etc. You will also have a choice between different instructional design approaches and training methods. Some will choose to opt for independent self-paced methods, enabling staff to learn at any time and at their own speed, or you may select a more collaborative approach to learning within your organisation.
