Many organisations possess valuable and important internal knowledge and information resources. Often those resources are stored in a rather boring and inaccessible way, on paper, in file repositories, or - more and more - on intranets that very few use effectively.

The more difficult it is to access knowledge and information, the less inclined employees will be to look for it and use it, even in those cases where it is important. It will be even less likely that anybody will seek to use it proactively.

  • Advising you on the most effective training approach and technical solutions for turning your internal knowledge and information resources into content for learning and training purposes. Depending on your staff's working patterns and the existing training and learning culture, you may select to store and deliver new e-learning modules via your intranet, or deploy them on CD-roms, or you may even look into 'micro-learning' solutions for your mobile staff active outside the office, such as lesssons delivered via PDAs, etc. You will also have a choice between different instructional design approaches and training methods. Some will choose to opt for independent self-paced methods, enabling staff to learn at any time and at their own speed, or you may select a more collaborative approach to learning within your organisation.


  • Supporting you in assessing your internal skills, capabilities and resources for creating internal e-learning solutions. LearnHousing is happy to offer as much or as little support as the client needs in creating an organisation's internal e-learning content and delivery solutions. The majority of organisations will opt for support with instructional design and some technical support, but we are keen to tailor all service packages so that existing resources and skills can be used in a cost-effective way. In this process we are keen to work with IT-, HR and training teams, as well as managers.
