Issue 7 :: 8 June 2005 :: The LearnHousing Connection
Welcome to this latest edition of The LearnHousing Connection, which is published a little sooner than anticipated - mainly to keep you posted on some exciting new opportunities and offers. You can read about two of them further down this newsletter - one is our brand new online workshop about 'Creating and running cost-effective online surveys'; the other one is our second 'Social Housing Compass' pilot course, starting shortly.

The main piece of news though is LearnHousing Xtra - 1:1 tutoring and coaching for individuals and small groups, in some of our areas of expertise. There is an e-dimension too: clients will have their own web-based resource to complement the individual support they receive. Read more about this brand new service here.

Many thanks, Monika Strell

Interested in designing and running your own
cost-effective ONLINE SURVEYS?

Organisations in the Housing Sector need to find out about a range of issues. To name just a few:
  • How happy or unhappy employees are ...

  • How satisfied residents are with services ...

  • How useful training events are ...

  • Which venue to select for the next staff event
Many of the above issues can be researched using your in-house expertise in creating questionnaires and in many cases it may be useful to leave the old paper-trail behind and move your research online.

A range of very cost-effective, easy-to use online survey tools now exist that can enable Housing Sector organisations to create and run surveys with much more ease online, saving time and energy whilst producing quality results and reports.

Find out how to design and run online surveys in our 2-week workshop or by opting for LearnHousing Xtra.
