New pilot course @ special rate: HOUSING STATUS & SECURITY OF TENURE
This new course offers a practical, user-friendly introduction to housing legislation relating to rented accommodation, covering social housing and the private rented sector.

The course will equip participants with the skills and knowledge to identify an occupier’s tenancy status and also provides an in-depth look at the required processes for landlords wishing to reclaim possession of property.

For further details about the aims and content of the course please visit the course webpage.

The course consists of 6 modules altogether, which will be taught over a period of 6 weeks in the collaborative version of the course. After the first pilot we will also launch a self-paced version during the summer.

If you are interested in taking part in the course - or would like to enrol any of your staff - then please contact us for further details and the special introductory pilot course rates!
